Thomas Cake

I missed my god son’s 1st birthday being really sick and wasn’t able to bake a cake for him. Got hubby to buy a chocolate cake from whole foods and put some figurines on it as substitute. I felt so guilty not being able to attend his 1st birthday, though illness was not my choosing, so I told myself, no matter what, I’m making him a Thomas Cake. He absolutely loves Thomas! He’s 4 now, yet all he ever plays with are his Thomas trains. I will never forget this cake, as this cake started it all for fondant cakes… as this was my very first fondant cake!
